Before his introduction to marketing and advertising Roger was a field engineer with Bethlehem Steel working on projects such as the Newport Bridge construction.

Education
Roger is a graduate of Renselear Polytechnic Institute (RPI) with a bachelor of science in management engineering. He is also a member of RPI's Athletic Hall of Fame for Football and Lacrosse.

In his spare time:
He enjoys hitting the slopes in the winter or the links in the summer. There is also nothing better than a day playing with my grandchildren.
