This fall, Kristin spent time with other riders, supporting the Pan-Mass Challenge as they produced a new safety video – not on the production team, but as one of the “actors.” Now, the results of those efforts have been posted for all, including future PMC riders, to see. The video highlights various areas of concern including pace lining, riding in traffic, signaling, and responding to an accident. You can check out the video on Vimeo or by visiting the PMC website.
Riding for the third year, Kristin’s goal is to raise $8,000 for the Perry S. Levy Fund for Gastrointestinal Cancer Research at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. 100% of funds raised will be directed towards the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal tract (including pancreatic, colon, and esophageal cancers) which are responsible for 1/3 of cancer deaths this year.
